Outgoing Material Inspection

The WIP inspection module provides complete quality control tracking over any or all outgoing (manufactured) materials. Once materials are completely manufactured, you have the option of requiring inspection before the items are available to be shipped or to be issued to another work order. A report lists all manufactured materials that have been received, but are not yet available for shipment because they are awaiting inspection to help you track your Q/C activity.

Through the inspection process, materials may be accepted into inventory, rejected (placed back on the work order where the material will be reworked and re-received) or scrapped. Complete visibility into past inspection results provide that data required to improve quality throughout the WIP process.

The WIP inspection process is completely integrated with the Intuitive SPC module.
